Reflections is a collection of Jazz standards, Smooth Club and traditional Soul originals. Sound of Philadelphia Producer David Armaan and John Legend former horn arranger Stephen Tirpak produce a solid set which includes reworkings of timeless compositons. Musicianship includes veteran sax man Palmer Jenkins, Apollo legend musician Clarence Watson, organist Gene Tirpak, and the Sophisticated Soul of Ms. Marilyn Marshall accompanying herself on keyboards. The single "Go Away Little Boy" features classically trained global musician Alex Ledvin (Peter Gabriel, Britney Spears) on piano. The disc includes two remixes of Ms. Marilyn Marshall's signature composition "Hold On" with a club version by Armaan Music and a Stephen Tirpak produced Hip-Hop version featuring Philly rapper Ohene. The Club version will be released as a single with proceeds to benefit the Hold On to Education Foundation for student scholarships and services.
