Someone Told Me

Someone Told Me

Stu's Front Room were originally an acoustic duo performing covers of their favourite tracks from the 70s up to the present day. They released an album of demo tracks in the winter of 2012 entitled "No Requests".

In 2014 during a drunken conversation they agreed to begin writing their own material which resulted in the release of "Someone Told Me" at the beginning of 2015.

"Someone Told Me" is a collection of musical styles ranging from acoustic folk and americana through to pop punk. They are heavily influenced by bands such as Bowling for Soup, Jamie Williams and The Roots Collective (who has a special guest appearance on the album) and Marillion plus others too numerous to mention...and the number 5.

Stu's Front Room are Stuart Phillips and Mark Suttle based in Chelmsford, UK.
