Flow
The music on Flow celebrates the beautiful tradition of singing mantras to quiet the mind, with blissful, energized music to free the heart! While "Om Shanti Modern Medicine" presents a peaceful, healing groove, "Glass Dolls" fills the listener with evolving lush harmonies and hypnotic beats. A swirling, incense filled mood permeates the instrumental journey that is "From Quetta to Kandahar". Of the eight tracks on this album, half include sung chants, and all tracks present a great "Flow" or chill vibe, for yoga, meditation, or any listening experience!
As a seeker of sounds and spiritual growth, Michelle was introduced to chanting and kirtan when she was invited to play guitar at Serendipity Festival, a music and yoga event in her native state of Indiana, in the spring of 2013. Experiencing live performances by MC Yogi, Dave Stringer, Mike Cohen, Arjun Baba, Wah, and Ena Vie, she heard something that was both new and yet familiar. Being a classically trained musician, a long time lover of Qawwali and Sufi music, and a woman passionate about world music, the music of "Flow" brings her own energy and style to these vibrant traditions.

Her music has been broadcast on radio stations throughout the world and licensed on a global platform for use in commercials, films, apps, and other multi-media projects. Her music fuses instrumental artistry with a passion for creating unique pieces that range from simple, subtle melodies to complex, layered works. It is emotional, edgy, and expertly crafted.
