#therevolution (Explicit)
Raöuf, born and raised in Cairo, Egypt is the upcoming artist in electro pop music. His music is highly addictive and the beats are extremely catchy. After going viral on YouTube for his well known out-of-this-world videos, Raöuf has took the time to produce his marvellous debut album with a variety in music to suit everyone's taste. He describes the album as "extremely personal" as he explores his journey in life while facing many obstacles in love, hatred, fear and people around him.
His confidence in his lead single, '#rofster' is bombarding where he makes up a word describing his fans and therefore launching his "kingdom of #rofsters".
'Infectious Love' is about how love can bring the dark side of the people as well as the good side. Falling so deeply in love can be as infectious as it can be full of joy.
'Undergound' is all about finding acceptance in an alter world where no one judges you, and where you can be yourself without prejudice. A spooky dark track with satanic references.
'The Crown' is sort of a continuation to '#rofster'. After launching his 'Rofster Kingdom', he is now claiming the throne and keeps on insisting that you don't have to be royalty to have a crown, but just be loyal to your fans and your people and you will get the crown you deserve.
'Hometown Jam' is a fun track that features middle eastern instruments and some arabic verses as well! A crazy guaranteed club anthem in all arab countries.
The album ends with the beautiful soothing 'Believe In You' featuring the angelic voice of Leila Allouba, this track talks about Raöuf's insecurities when he was younger with bullying and hatred from people around him. He overcomes his fear and addresses this song to everyone that feels the same way, and tells them they don't need to change for anyone if they believe in themselves like he did.
Set to break the records, his debut album, #therevolution is fantastic.
