Silo is the collaboration of 2 songwriters; Renee Arozqueta and Jennifer Jeffers.

With two songwriters and voices, there is refreshing texture each track. Each song is velvety with harmonies, Renee sings tenor the 'lo' and Jenn takes the high range. "She sings high, I sing low."

The recording itself is a mixture of tracked and live recordings done in a wood floored home studio in Pensacola, Florida by Aaron Clark.

The ladies met in the Louisiana delta while teaching in public schools with Teach for America. They are due to tour the southeast in the summer of 2014.
