Immanuel's music was the result of a loving community of believers who have supported us since we began leading worship at our home church.

Relationships are so important in life, and that is what we are communicating through this album. It is easy to forget that God is a relational God, He desires to be in a relationship with us. There is no more proof of that than when He sent His Son, Jesus, to this earth to die for us so that we may be with our God forever. In fact, it says in Isaiah 7:14, "...The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel," which in Matthew's gospel we learn means "God with us."

Jesus was God in the flesh, with the people. "God with us" also means He is FOR us. Jesus came down to earth for one specific purpose, to be the once and for all sacrifice for sins, and it is in Him that we have eternal life. God doesn't want anyone to perish. Not us. Not you. His love is amazing and beyond belief, yet it is so real. Don't be shy to embrace Him.
