In Santa Rosa California 2001, a young producer called “NoName” and recording artist “Optimistic” set out to record their 1st single titled “Last Breath”. After releasing the record to radio, the two soon gained notoriety in their local area, and a demand was created by the fans for more material. Shortly after they formed the group “At All Cost”, and later expanded their members to include recording artist Geo, Knotales, Stragety, Jimi G, Dig’em and female singer Neena Leigh.


The groups second single "Since You Went Away", won 5 nights in a row on a battle of the bands style contest at R&B Hip Hop station; Hot 98.7 FM. “At All Costs” was the first local group to have their song retired by the station for 5 consecutive wins; and thereafter went into regular rotation. Additional album releases include "Rise From the underground" in 2005, and "Round 2" in 2006.


The groups’ producer "NoName” also started making waves producing artists such as- Spice 1, Rappin’ 4-Tay, San Quinn, Chubb rock and the legendary VH1 Hip-Hop honoree Doctor Ice of UTFO & Whodini.


In 2007, "At All Cost" signed a record contract with X-Raided's BlocStar Entertainment. BlocStar's 1st release of the group entitled "20/20 Vision” went on to sell almost 30 thousand copies in the first 3 months with minimal promotion. Later that year, a few changes were made in regards to the groups’ members who currently are: Noname, Kotales, Stragety, Draft Pick, Hype Man Sherm and swing member Rappin' 4tay.


In 2009, "At all Cost" producer "NoName" partnered up with Skeelo Musik, & Premier Entertainment Group for the re-release the first At All Costs album "Rise From The Underground". The album that started it all.

Through out 2010 "NoName" & Premier Entertainment Group has gone on to release the "Delusions Of Grandeur" (Single), Round 2 (ReVamped & ReMastered & "The Whole World Is Hustling". Rod "NoName" Oakes, Founder of At All Costs, has also gone on to produce & develop new projects with Premier. His most recent production credit ,"How Did I Know" (Feat. REDStar & Doc Ice), is featured on the Skee-Lo OVERDOSE - EP released by SkeeloMusik/Premier/Elite Artists in 2010.
